The flowers were absolutely amazing! The reason I gave a score of 4 out of 5 stars were the address of where to send them to was changed via an email as my sister who was to receive them as a birthday present, couldn't be at home all day because she was looking after & caring my father at his house as he is on End of Life care & it was her turn to stay over for two nights and days She didn't get home until later that evening when she had to go out and collect the flowers from a neighbour

Exceptional service!!! Wendy Contacted myself to go through the requirements of the order as I needed a specific flower and memorable for the recipient. Unfortunately due to high import costs these were not available. Wendy went above and beyond to get silk ones instead. I really cannot express my thanks and gratitude enough for completing the order in such a time critical time and at such a very sad time.

I ordered the flowers as a birthday gift and was blown away with the service, attention to detail, and flower arrangement. I live in Sydney, Australia, and wanted to send flowers to my sister-in-law. We used Octagon Florist whilst we were in Bolton last year, so I thought I'd use them again online. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Thank you for getting the flowers to my Auntie. I'm disappointed that the courier left the flowers at her gate and not in the porch as I stipulated on the order. This is a constant problem when ordering from New Zealand where local couriers ignore the delivery notes. It lets down what could have been an excellent service. My Auntie was pleased with the flower arrangement.

Ordered flowers on Tues 14.05.24 for delivery Thursday 16.05.24. Arrived on time. Recipient said they were 'gorgeous' and was very pleased with them. Ordering process was easy. I received an order acknowledgement straight away and a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. Would certainly use Octagon Flowers again.
