Exceptional service!!! Wendy Contacted myself to go through the requirements of the order as I needed a specific flower and memorable for the recipient. Unfortunately due to high import costs these were not available. Wendy went above and beyond to get silk ones instead. I didn't get the same day delivery as requested. The company was good with communicating the issues. The courier did not follow the instructions given as to where to place the flowers. They left them at the end of the drive, inside the gate,which I stipulated not to. Other than that my Auntie was pleased with the flowers.

Thank you for getting the flowers to my Auntie. I'm disappointed that the courier left the flowers at her gate and not in the porch as I stipulated on the order. This is a constant problem when ordering from New Zealand where local couriers ignore the delivery notes. It lets down what could have been an excellent service. My Auntie was pleased with the flower arrangement.

I rang up with a request to change the colour of the flowers in a bouquet I had seen online, they were super accomodating and the colour of the flowers was even better than I expected. I placed an online order one evening and had an email the next morning to inform me that the local florist wasn’t able to fulfil the order but I was offered for my order to be transferred to another florist who would deliver the next day or I could cancel the order if I wished. Somewhat surprised when local florist in Helston turned order down. 11 miles is too far it would seem! After contacting website I was offered option to have flowers delivered by courier at no extra cost. This was my first time using Direct2florist. I send Mum flowers all the time as she is in England and I’m overseas. As soon as she received these flowers she called me straight away saying these were the best flowers ever. Very fresh compared to others. Sadly, I never get to see the flowers I send, as they're usually for the funerals of relatives in Bolton, and I live in New Zealand, which is why I order online. But I always get great feedback from people who have attended the funeral and they consistently tell me that the flowers I sent were beautiful. So thank you Octagon Flowers for keeping my reputation intact, even though I haven't lived in Bolton for almost 20 years.

Top rate service. I ordered online at 8.40am all my special requests where meet and the flowers delivered before 1pm the same day. The flowers are absolutely beautiful my sister loved them. I asked the florist to choose whatever they wanted as long as they could add some lilies to the bouquet which they did as these are my sisters favourite. The flowers are still going strong with some still to open up a week later. I am thrilled with the service I received and will definatly be using you again. Very satisfied customer.

Flower arrangement is beautiful as all previous ones. Just a little late in delivery - I asked for am and it was 2ish when delivered consequently no one was in but they were put in a safe place with a note through the door. No detrement to flowers - Octagon Flowers are always beautiful.
